I almost killed myself... And I almost killed someone else too

Seriously this title is true...

Went driving again today. Somehow driving always has something interesting.

Case 1: We were at a T junction. I wanted to turn left but there's a lorry which wanted to turn right. It was in the right lane and blocked my view of oncoming vehicles. Nonetheless I turned out and saw a vehicle whooshing by; possibly death whooshing by...

Case 2: I was just driving on the road when some bitch listening to her handphone crossed the road without looking out for cars. Even if she was, her eyes were looking at the wrong side of the road ie the direction where the cars are HEADING TOWARDS. Luckily I slowed down, otherwise more than just 32 ppl would have died today.

I will comment on driving first. I was totally disappointed at myself that I did not have the common sense to stay put in my lane instead of turning out, especially since I had a fuckin blind spot. I was pretty pissed at myself for committing such a common sensical mistake but I learnt from it and just swept it under the carpet.

As for the bitchy crossing, my instr said that if she really got hit and died, she wont get any insurance claims cos there's a freaking overhead bridge above her head, which she shld have used, instead of jaywalking. Ok sth new. I shall refrain from jaywalking now. Right...

As to why 32 ppl died today, its cos of some school shootout in Virginia Tech, US. Scary.... And its a Korean (Asian) who did it. Im sure the Americans have another race to stigmatise now. I read BitchY's blog and thot that the murderer actually deserves certain sympathy. I know there will be many out wanting to stone me for saying that but I really think that murderers should not be hated cos they killed someone. They should only be condemned for their intention, not so much their actions.

Today wasnt the best day in history, my history at least. However I dun see a need to bitch about it. I doubt I will do the b thing for a v long time...
