Im amazed...

Im amazed at my own absent-mindedness... I wanted to delete my drafts but ended up deleting my latest entry, which was probably the most meaningful thing I ever wrote... Jus for this I have more than half a mind to re-type what I posted.. Sorry to yal for her comment which is also hovering in the cyber-incinerator.

Title: Time to be a good boy..

X'mas is coming and Im wondering what to get for mom. When I posed her the question, she just requested that I start doing spring cleaning and housework more often. (This yr's present is going to be very cheap :p)

It occured to me (again..) that its the little filial thoughts and things we do that make our parents happy. No lavish gift or sumptuous treat can make them happier. By the way this is mom and I. She still has a ravishing smile after a tiring day.



I know that Mom has many unfulfilled wishes that I am unable to materialise now, due to my low financial ability. However I know that my resolution to be less of an untidy hog will please her. For now this will be the best X'mas gift I have for her.

Brandishing an iron and mop, I shall conquer the mountain of crumpled clothes and ancient dust.... I shall eliminate the vile mess in my storeroom!
