Just another day..

I have been slacking for two days, since Im on leave with only 2.5 work days left before I leave the company on 22 May. Its kind of hard to find parting gifts since I hardly have the need for them but I presume a tin of branded cookies should do the tricks. What better to liven up the office than the fragrance of floral-flavoured cookies?

Im reading up on psychology recently since thats the most probable thing Im gonna major in soon. And btw, I found out (according to Wiki) that the cerebellum does contribute to certain cognitive functions eg. attention and langauge processes; which probably has some relevance to my previous post. Anyway, more of the cerebellum will have to wait.

Sigmund Freud is quite an incredible man, and I must say his hyphotheses are truly rather controversial. At least I know the ego is not the most dominating faction of the brain, despite our loose use of this word. (The id is) However, looking in context of the 19th century, he must be quite a genius to come up with such insights. I may just do my thesis on this forefather of psych.

I have been wondering what I can do during this two month vacuum. Holidays are in the planning stage. However, Im never good at such major events so someone has gotta tell me something. Relief teaching is hardly viable since its the holidays and I have only one month left when schooling starts. Nonetheless I may give it a shot after the hols.

Meanwhile its my own Special Term and for the world to provide me with answers. As my friends in Special Term are mugging hundreds of pages of notes, I won't want to lag behind.

Freudian theory here I come...
